Under throttling conditions, the plug is located in the middle position, and the fluid generates two throttling at the
plug. When the valve core rotates away from the fully open position, the flow area at the inlet decreases and a
pressure difference is generated. Then, the fluid enters the fully opened channel inside the plug, where it undergoes
pressure reduction, and then undergoes throttling at the outlet.

The body of the Plug Valve is entirely forged from high-quality high-strength alloy steel. There are threespecifications:
1 ", 2", 3 ", and 4", with rated working pressures of 42 MPa, 70 MPa, 105 MPa, and 140MPa (6000 psi,
10000 psi, 15000 psi, 20000 psi). two
The end connection method can use union connection or internal and external thread (LP, TBG)connection. We
can provide Plug Valves and repair kits for use under normal temperature, lowtemperature, and sulfur-containing
gas conditions.
